Excellent stay – truly exceptional service! We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay – they truly did everything and more! We will definitely come back. The all-inclusive experience was absolutely lovely, and relaxing by the pool was just perfect. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, making it easy to get some work done as well. Our room was spacious, the beds were extra wide and super comfortable, and even the extra bed was large and cozy. The air conditioning was easy to adjust, and the rooms were very quiet. All in all, everything was just perfect – beautiful surroundings and the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday!

My favorite hotel on Mallorca. Big room with sofa. Clean bathroom. Nice balcony with view of the pools. All inclusive with good food. Good service and friendly staff. Further down the street towards the beach the street is a real lively party street with a lot of drunk people, but at the hotel the street is calm and you are not bothered by the party people. I missed English speaking channels on TV.

This isn’t a bad bang for your buck hotel but keep in mind it’s an area where a ton of Germans are out partying and drinking till late. Walking distance to the beach which is nice and the hotel staff is excellent so overall a great price for what you get.

Very nice, modern furnished design. Room was so comfy and good size of services. Staffs are very friendly. Front desks look like very helpful particularly who tried to find me to hand in my shuttle papers when he figured out I was worried about. Thanks for all staffs in restaurant who were hardworking. The only thing that I did not like swimming pool temp was a little bit cold. Needs to be primarily warmer specially in mornings to jump it in. Highly recommended.

My valet was stolen/ got lost at the check in. The check in people were not friendly at al and didn’t help me to find out what happened at first. They told me I should go to Police Station and have them to ask us to check the CCTV. A couple days they told me we checked we did not find anythin. I paid the bill in cash at the check in and got a twenty Euros bill from my valet. I would not put my feet in RiuS hotels never.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was great. We did not mind the limit of three drinks per person during the lunch and dinner, but the quality and selection could be improved, especially for wine. The only wine that they offer is a house wine.Pools are on the smaller side which is not sufficient for the size of this hotel. They also close quite early with staff collecting the chairs and removing the shades/umbrellas 30 minutes before closing. If you'd like water or non-alcoholic drinks in the mini fridge you must pay for them. Therefore bring your own refillable bottles or purchase them in the stores next door. The location is close to the beach, however the hotel is located right next to Bier Konig which is the largest bier garden with "October Fest" like partying and drinking every day. There's no noise in the hotel so you won't be disturbed by it until you leave the hotel. Overall, we had a good stay, enjoyed the food and property.

Very disappinted. It said it was All Inclusive. It's a lie. Alcoholic drinks are not included, only at dinner and you only get a beer or wine. Nowhere in the world do they say All Inclusive and not serve alcoholic drinks. Nowhere! I paid extra for that service. I would have gone somewhere else. It's agai at trading standards and very misleading advertising. It even says All Inclusive at the bar which is isnt!
