Pésima atención, se solicitó la factura de la estancia, me proporcionaron un wattsap para enviar constancia fiscal y comprobantes de pago, posteriormente después de reclamar varias veces las facturas, me indicaron que ya las habían enviado, las facturas fueron emitidas con una razón social diferente y datos diferentes a los que yo proporcione, sigo esperando las facturas correctas

Muy buena estancia, el hotel es muy bien ubicado a dos calles chicas del acuario, el personal se esmera en ser muy amable, el proceso de check in es muy ágil, lo único a mejorar es el desayuno, en mi experiencia no lo recomiendo, por todo lo demás súper bien, recomendable, he regresado y seguiré hospedándome en ese hotel.

Cumple con lo basico en base al precio. La comodidad buena. En limpieza quizas fue mi habitación. Pero abajo de mi almohada habia una dona con mucho pelo. Que alguien dejo , y quizas él de limpieza no la vio. Creo que en general, bien.
