Staff are a disgrace

Hotel itself and amenities are fantastic but sadly majority of staff have no people skills in hospitality. They can be rude and disrespectful. This is my second stay here and we have them the benefit of doubt and stayed again but it was the same. Will not recommend or stay here again

Terrible service from staff, leaky showerhead leaking into ceiling and glass door cant retain water inside shower, running on floor all over the place. Dining options were better but won't come back to this hotel again.

Nice stay at this hotel. The room decor is outdated and worn out and in need of a refurbishment. The noise levels down the corridors at night needs to be addressed so that sleeping customers are not disturbed. The reception desk is a little slow and there seems to be no queuing system, people just jump the queue. There needs to be a full explanation to customers when checking in what the facilities are etc. WIFI, dinner, breakfast and hotel facilities.

Room speaker in the washroom was damaged and started making loud noise at midnight which scared us and we didn’t got to sleep night because happened 3 times after that they permanently removed speaker cables in the switch board but 8000 for this property was like burning my money very disturbing and disgusting

I would like to share my experience while staying in this property. We had great experience staying with other brands so this time decided to check radisson blu. How horrible can be,literally my experience is so bad. We checked inn at reception with no smile or welcome. Check in staff behaviour towards guests so awkward. We booked half board and i had remind checkin staff twice even though after reminder.They didn’t bother to share instructions, so we walked off and managed ourself. Dinner at hotel no doubt is good but again I noticed the staff always trying avoid eye contact, as we may ask for help. The worst part yet to come. Morning breakfast. I was having SAMBER VADA. There i found HAIR. I quickly called staff but it was very formal for them. That shocked my mind. The funny part is we were served water bottle when we about to leave the table after breakfast. Thats how it goes with Radisson blu. Staff is very unprofessional.

Exceptional value for money. All staff from gate and door guards, to restaurant wait staff and other front of house were absolutely delightful, friendly and beyond polite and respectful. This is the hotel you need to stay at if you’re wanting proximity to the airport and a comfortable stay.
