The hotel lobby is superb! And it is the only thing which I can say good about this hotel. It itself is worn off. Serous reconstruction needed. Many tourists looking for getting free alcohol. Sport activities in poor condition. Poor all inclusive service. Just add some extra money for your stay and stay somewhere else at a higher price. This is just not worth it.

Such an easy holiday with kids (6 & 8). This is our second visit after a successful trip last year. The kids loved the pool, ice cream and the kids mini disco in the evening. We loved the family room which gave us some space. The warm welcoming staff who looked after us well. The nice touches like iced coffee at the pool and fresh pizza ovens in the restaurant. Plenty of good food options and choice of cocktails. The Moroccan sunshine did its thing and we had a great easy week relaxing as a family by the pool.

It was beautiful, staff were helpful and polite, great customer services. The food was Ahhh-mazing, great variety and tasted yummy, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only negative was issues with AC in the room, it was on and cold, we tried turning on the heating function but didn’t work, it took us complaining twice before they were able to sort it. The first night sleep was really bad because of the cold, aside from that it was a great experience.

The property grounds, especially the outdoor areas near the pool were beautiful with amazing views. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our room was pretty disappointing. It was not very clean, and the tub and sink would clog after 2-3 seconds of the water running, which made using the bathroom really unpleasant.
