Hotel is great, staff super friendly. However the walls are too thin and the guests can be really loud, even beyond midnight, which is particularly annoying when you have a tour starting at 7:00am the next morning

In my opinion, this should not be a five star hotel. 3 1/2 to 4 stars at best. Pool and gym are very small, gym is extremely hot and air conditioner. Doesn’t work properly. water at the gym was not cold. Rooms are very small for a family of four, game room is also very small with one game only. However, location is great and parking was cheap. Breakfast is also quite good.

Quarto limpo, toalhas brancas, a tampa do vaso sanitário era de baixa renda, um Hotel que ostenta 5 estrelas poderia substituí-las por outras mais modernas com sistemas de amortecimento… para economizar água na pia do banheiro, a administração do hotel instalou um redutor no sifão para a água demore a descer e não comunicacam claramente este feito ao hóspede… a academia é pequena e merecia ter aparelhos mais modernos… é inconcebível um hotel 5 estrelas cobrar R$20,00 de diária ( pago antecipadamente) para o hóspedes ter acesso a sua garagem… o café da manhã é excelente, mas poderia ter frutas regionais e da estação para que os hóspedes pudessem ter o privilégio de saborea-las… chuveiro ok, cama ok, corredores internos com iluminação adequada e som ambiente… piscina pequena…
