Clean room 5stars , the staff might want to do a better job leaving customers important information out of sight of other customers view that was the first thing I noticed other than that things were great I missed breakfast but walked past it at checkout and they had a waffle maker can’t go wrong with that

New owners just took over a week prior to our check in. From check in to check out the staff apologized for things that weren’t updated yet, were more than happy to help with whatever we needed. The room was clean and stocked with towels etc. would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was hard to find. The building next to it was under construction. So it was a little confusing at first. Check in was a breeze. The staff was very helpful and nice. Property was as expected for a extended stay hotel. Everyone I encountered was very nice. Price was right and breakfast was included.

I needed a Hotel last minute and was so glad I chose Urban Inn & Suites. Every member of the staff was so kind and accommodating. I travel fairly often and it can often be stressful but this place was a breath of fresh air, especially as a young solo female. I felt very safe and cared for and they were some of the nicest hotel staff I've ever met. An older gentleman helped me with my bag up the stairs, another older and younger gentleman helped me find utensils when I needed them and even were sweet enough to grant me late check out when I had a flight change last minute. I may have to travel again in a few weeks and will absolutely be back if I do! The hotel was the perfect quiet, clean stay I needed, especially as someone who struggles with chronic illness. Thank you for everything. 😊

Didn't get to stay. They booked my husbands room when he showed up they said there was not a room available for him, they overbooked. They were not helpful at all when he got there. It was more like sorry too bad. When he asked about a refund they said sorry you have to reach out online for a refund. Didn't seem to care at all.

The breakfast wasn't great, but they do have a waffle machine or breakfast would have been horrible. The pool and hot tub were closed and broken which was why we chose the hotel because of the indoor pool. We wouldn't have stayed there had we known this. The room was ok but it seemed clean. The shower head was garbage with water shooting where it wanted besides on the person using a shower.

Ok. So the property is a little worn down. If you want a five star motel, pay the price. If you want a deal, this is your place. For an overnight stay to catch an early flight, its perfect. It wasnt dirty and the staff was amazing. The cruel reviews are nonsense. These individuals are trying and thats commendable. I would definitely stay again. I had a wake up call and shuttle sevice. The staff made my stay perfect. Getting up at 4am is rough enough. There smiles and upbeat personalities took the pain away. Thank you!!!!

Exceptionally AWFUL!! Steer clear… pool and hot tub do not work and are the first picture on the listing and one of the main reasons we booked this place. VERY misleading. Our room was not ready when we arrived either and we had to wait almost an hour for it to be ready even though I booked it over 2 weeks ago. Lots of late excuses. People definitely living in hotel, seemed very sketchy and unsafe. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe the whole time. Breakfast is purely high carbs- bring your own protein. Will NOT be staying here again or recommending..

Building is rundown. Pool and jacuzzi were “leaking & not usable”. Room door looked like someone tried cutting in near handle. Screen on window was snapped apart on one side. And the window would not lock. The front office gentleman was kind and accommodating.

The room was dirty, the carpet in the hallways were disgustingly filthy. The smokers area is directly in front of the lobby. Doors so you have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get into the building to book your room. The pool was out of order. The breakfast was dry, cereal, dry bagels or waffles. That's all your choices. That was it The faucet in the bathroom was leaking around the handle horribly. When turned on the fostered in the bathroom leaked under the sink when turned on because it was leaking around the handle, the toilet seat was broken.The toilet was a round front.Non eighty eight compliant for public use.The toilet itself was loose at the floor the bathtub was disgusting.I wouldn't even try it.There was a large burn mark the shape of an iron right in the middle of the floor of the room.I was in the staircase.The carpet was so greasy and had never been cleaned to the point where it was shiny and slick going up the stairs.This hotel was disgusting and gross
