We were staying here during Cyclone Alfred and were unable to go home when we were supposed to. The owners let us stay an extra day. When we arrived we got there a bit early and were able to check into our room early as well. They were great, highly recommend them

I really liked the beds the shower and bathroom and the kitchen. Comfy beds, big clean shower with good water pressure and temperature control. Kitchen was very well equipped with quality utensils, everything worked properly and a bonus was the electric leather recliners in the lounge room which were wonderful. The only downside was there was no air conditioning and is was very hot weather when we were there. Pool was also great. Would return in cooler months. Overall very good.

Best location the view from the kitchen sink had me washing dishes all week!! Room itself maybe wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, dishes were still in the dishwasher (didn’t discover this until day 3!) and tv was on. Rooms could do with a really good vacuum my daughter had a reaction to the dustiness of her room. Other than that we loved it and would definitely wish to stay again!!

A favourite place

This property is the absolute best spot on the Esplanade. Easy walk in either direction for shops and transport. Buses tricky at this time whilst new tram rail works are done. I have stayed here many times. This time I was very disappointed with the apartment cleanliness. Lots of little bits needed attention. The stonework around the lovely pool needs some attention too. However, I will return!

This property is under new management and they are doing an amazing job. They are lovely to deal with, very friendly and the location is fantastic, right across from the beach, a short walk to Aldi and restaurants and a short drive to the huge shopping centre at Robina. We booked a renovated apartment with aircon and it had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. As the aircon unit is only in the main bedroom, we learned to turn it on early morning and turn on the ceiling fans in the rest of the apartment. This helped distribute the cool air to keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature through that day, as it did heat up quite quickly once the sun was up. While there is construction happening of the new light rail, noise was minimal and it certainly didn't diminish our experience. It will be fantastic and so easy to get around once finished. Parking is under the building which was a bonus as the street parking is only for 3 hours. We would definitely stay here again and if your budget allows, book the renovated, aircon apartments if you don't cope with the Qld heat.

We got a premium ocean view apartment and im glad we did. It was a good size and seemed to have been renovated. It had everything we needed although compared to other places we stayed they didnt provide as much dish soap etc...so we are glad we bought the leftover packets with us from where we stayed previously because it would have been silly to have to buy everything for one week. Although the property itself, entrance , pool area etc could use an upgrade the pool area was perfect for the kids and really nice to swim in. It would have been nice if the people on the front desk had been friendlier, it did feel like they resented being asked simple questions but we didnt let it worry us.

Luxury in the 70s maybe the 80s - have stayed in better hostels half the price, similar views. The place is pretty grubby, lots of scuffs and dings, sandy leather couches. Luxury included the view only, needed more toilet paper? 50c at the lobby. Bathrooms are old, so old, so dated. No air con - the place isn’t air conned throughout so it’s just sticky business Less than average place
