We had a great little getaway in Manzanita! The hotel was clean and had plenty of parking, and we loved enjoying the ocean breeze, the sound of the waves, and sitting by the fire pits outside.

We had a lovely time here. Rooms are not overly fancy but very clean with everything you need and the staff couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. Oceanview on 2nd floor is superb and nice fireboxes with chairs outside for the best sunset viewing!

We usually book accessible rooms when travelling because of some health issues. This hotel had the most comfortable accessible room we have ever booked. It also provided a wonderful view of the ocean just steps away from our room. Absolutely recommend!!

Beautifully renovated room right across the street from the ocean. You can’t get any better than that! Our king room was very large, and at night we sat outside and watched the sun set. Walking distance to restaurants and shops- just book it!

I loved the brand new rooms and being able to cross the street and be in the sand. The view was amazing, and we walked to dinner and to grab coffee in the morning. We also loved the fire pit in the evening. In the junior suite, besides the two chairs at the table, you had to sit on the bed to watch tv, which was fine. Everything else was perfect!

Cute hotel with great location. The hotel is a vintage style building but it has been remodeled and is SO cute. The rooms aren’t super fancy but are well appointed. We had a sink, refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. They have fire pits and corn hole on the front lawn. They have fire making kits ( including S’more kits) if you want to have a fire on the beach. The staff was super friendly

They had recently opened because the "now open" sign was displayed. I believe we booked this room before they were officially open for guests. The room was very clean; the amenities were pleasant. We had a beach front, 1st floor corner room. There are two firepits in the common area for your enjoyment. The staff were extra friendly throughout our stay.

Nice location and remodel, but not worth the price honestly. There was a huge family reunion happening on the property when we checked in - parking was hard to find and unfortunately it just wasn’t peaceful with the noise and commotion.

We arrived late at night and couldn’t see much in the dark. When we woke up we were greeted by the sound of birds, a deer right out side our window which was facing the ocean. It was a memorable morning!

We spent $400 for one night. When I booked this room, I looked closely at the photos. I spent even more to upgrade a ocean view. When I opened the door, I was so disappointed. Yes, it’s clean however, it’s half the size of a normal hotel room with my beautiful beach ocean view out the side of a window. Be aware that pictures aren’t always what they seem online. I won’t be going back.

We had a great visit to Manzanita and the room we had was very nice with a good view of the ocean. We had issues with two staff members that knocked on our door and entered our room without approval within 5 seconds after knocking. Not cool.

Great hotel, in a great location. Would definitely stay here again. My one complaint was the hot water situation. The water is WAY too hot, I mean like hot enough to be dangerous especially to a young child or an elderly person. Hot enough to burn your skin. And unfortunately, when I turned the temperature down in the shower so it wouldn’t burn me, then the water pressure was basically nonexistent. So it’s either hot enough to burn your skin, or you get to shower in a trickle of water. I hope there is a solution for this.

Heads-up for those heat-intolerant that need AC, they only have it in some rooms so make sure to specifically request those rooms. Otherwise, you'll just get a floor fan. For how expensive the property is, that's not great. Also, we paid for an oceanview room but our room was along the side facing the side-road, so it was a partial view room in reality. Like ~1/3 of a view. There are fireplaces in the images for the rooms, but there was no fireplace in our room. Otherwise, they have a hot tub being built later this year, so that's nice. And free root beer on tap.
