The room actually turned out to be a small apartment, so we had lots more space than expected. The accommodation was a little dated, but still well equipped. We also had a nice view of the pool from the balcony of our apartment. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. All in all a very good experience at a reasonable price and I would definitely choose Hotel Rey Carlos again.

The room was not even near the standard of the pictures that were shown in the app when you click on the specific room type and the images are shown for that specific type of room and they play a big part in the facts you base your decision on which room type you are booking. So I would suggest that you make sure that you are matching the correct images with the correct hotel room in your app. I was very disappointed and would not have made a booking for a room of this state or run down type
