The staff was good, Props to Lilibeth, Michele and Jairo. The lighting in the room was not great. Vanity light above bath sink was poor. Shower pressure was poor. The hotel is small, I was told 23 rooms. I went up to the rooftop where there was a small pool, Jacuzzi and small deck for sunning but didn't use. The restaurant breakfast is small and simple. The paid food from the restaurant was excellent. The hotel is within walking distance to night life, restaurants and bars.

Beautiful hotel in the historic center. You can walk everywhere. The Hotel staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are clean, large and very confortable. Ananda Hotel Boutique was my favorite hotel that I stayed at while in Cartagena! We truly enjoyed our time there. We were treated like valued guests from the minute we checked in to the time we left. The hotel is beautiful with colonial architecture and lots of beautiful natural wood accents. The room was lovely with wooden beams on the ceiling. The beds were very comfortable, the sink and shower had plenty of hot water, the room was completley soundproof and our room was located right by the pool which was lovely. We enjoyed appetizers and lunch offered by the hotel restaurant. Please try the ceviche and crab empanadas. Also the welcome drink of traditional limonada (lime-ade) was the best I had the entire time in Cartagena. The first floor and rooftop pools were both lovely and refreshing. We will definitely stay at Ananda Hotel Boutique again!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Anandá Cartagena and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Cartagena. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly exceptional. Great stay at this small boutique hotel, rooms are well maintained and each of them have their own character, very good air conditioning and sound isolation. Above all is the very friendly, attentive and efficient service from restaurant ( tasty and very well presented locally inspired dishes) , bar ( great drinks), housekeeping and front desk .
