Hotel manager ripped me off. Pictures misleading

-Was charged a tax even though nothing of this was mentioned in hotels.com confirmation of reservation email. Nothing was mentioned on the website either. This tax is only for people from Colombia, but I am a Dutch National and should'nt be charged this tax. -The room doesn't look like anything as shown on the picture. Very, very small. TV had 4 channels. The walls and doors look awful. -Toilet paper provided is sandpaper. The bathroom is very, very small. Not able to use toilet comfortably. -The hotel is quite far from the beach. It is a near a beach which is empty most of the time. If you want to go to the beach where are all te people are, you have to walk for about 15 minutes or take a taxi. -Only positive thing I can mention is the cleanliness of the room and cleaning staff are really friendly.

Estubo bien, mi familia. Sintió super acogedor el apartamento y son. Muy amables en general en este lugar. Lo. Único que no fue totalmente de mi agrado fue que cobro de más de lo. Que decía mi reservacion (se supone decía 130.000 y cobro 150.000) del resto la experiencia nos gustó bastante

Hotel ideal para unas merecidas vacaciones

Recomendaría este hotel. No es un hotel de lujo, pero es cómodo para lo que uno de turista necesita: bien ubicado, en zona residencial, nada bullicioso, el sector muy tranquilo, sano, bien aseado, buena atención de sus anfitriones, cerca a la playa, buenas conexiones de rutas de buses, centros comerciales, restaurantes, etc. Incluso, el transporte público te lleva hasta Taganga, el cual te puedes embarcar a Playa Cristal, hermosa playa de aguas super cristalinas, muy hermosas.

OJO QUE NO TE PASE A TÍ!!!

El hotel engaña a los huéspedes ofreciendo un apartaestudio y cuando haces la reserva te sale por una habitación doble super pequeña. Yo hice el reclamo con la página de internet abierta en el engaño que les digo y el administrador accedió a cambiarme la habitación sin ningún costo extra ya que en la página de hoteles.com aparecía disponible dicho apartamento para los mismos días que yo lo tomaba en $441.000; hoy una semana después veo con sorpresa que este individuo afectó mi tarjeta de crédito por $112.288 adicionales a los $ 449.152 que le pague en efectivo con mi tarjeta débito.

It did not suit me. Booked for 4 nights. Stayed for 2. Front desk person hardly there. No one to help me take my suitcase down from the 3rd floor; no one to help get a cab when I left. It was the emptiness of the hotel that gave me an eerie feeling. I might have been the only guest the first night. There were more supermarkets than restaurants in the area. I was expecting a hotel in a busy tourist area (my mistake), but I was expecting a hotel experience with the usual services and nearby conveniences.

Este hotel es muy bueno para pasar en familia, ofrece las comodidades necesarias para descansar después de un día en la playa. Si es la primera vez que vas a Santa Marta te recomiendo este hotel ya que el administrador te orientará sobre los sitios turísticos que puedes visitar y cual es la mejor opción para acceder a ellos.

Awesome hotel walking distance to Rodadero

This place was super hospitable! Walking distance to Rodadero, supermarket, bakery, beach and great lunch spots that are very traditional! Place is super clean, AC gets really cold hen turned on! The centro and other places like pozos Colorados are really close!
