I can't say enough nice things about our stay here It's a beautiful, adults only hotel It feels like you're staying at a friends house if your friend has a beautiful mansion The staff however were what made the stay so great We loved Roxy, Jose, and Francisco We would stay again just to have them taking care of us Great food that seemed pricy until you go out to eat then we found it was actually the best choice to eat there Great breakfast included Beautiful pool with beautiful views Also a great place to see whales and wildlife

Wow what a place! It was marvellous from start to finish! The views spectacular! The staff are wonderful, we were served by Jose, Francisco and Roxy, they couldn’t have done anymore to make us feel special. The food was amazing each night, the attention to details from the chef is second to none. The rooms were cleaned meticulously too. I can’t recommend El Castillo enough. A truly magical slice of heaven!

The staff and facility were both fantastic. They exceeded all of are needs and desires. From our greeting when we arrived to our farewell actually out front. Both Francisco and Michelle came out to bid us a farewell. Francisco even assisted us in the parking which was somewhat tight spaces.
