The location was very convenient and the room and stair way areas were all very clean. We hadn't realised we would be on the 4th floor and one of us was nearly 80! Cosy traditional hotel in a good location

Very likeable hotel. Your typical Victorian townhouse conversion with small rooms and steep, narrow staircase. But despite my single room being small, it was good. Bathroom was compact, but was new, clean and very functional. Small cosy breakfast room in the basement. Hotel staff was particularly helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is also brilliant, being a short walk from either Paddington station, Lancaster Gate/Hyde Park and Edgware Road.
