this is coming from someone who can get by with just about anything. the staff, horrible. i asked for a remote for my tv, and the guy said “i don’t have one, there’s nothing i can do for you” wouldn’t offer money back. the room was disgusting. luckily i only needed one day stay. slept on my clean clothes bc nothing was clean. th shower doesn’t even get relatively warm, its just cold. the location was fine. i would never recommend this to anyone, what a joke. super 6 is a luxury compared to this place. also you can’t control the AC, the hotel does, so it’s hot. our ceiling fan worked, but no lights also. too cheap to change a dang light bulb!?

Upon check-in at 10pm, the clerk told us “street parking is free, overnight until 9am.” At 9am we put money on the online meter and went to the beach. At 10:15am, there was a ticket on the car from the previous night (11:45pm) for $36. Parking is NOT free until 3am. Why couldn’t he have just told us that?

El hotel es deprimente. El Ascensor no funcionaba y el personal no te ayuda a subir ni bajar las maletas por las escaleras. En 3 noches que nos alojamos allí, no hubo ni intención de pasar a limpiar las habitaciones. El aire acondicionado no se puede apagar y está funcionando al 100% todo el rato. El baño no estaba limpio y el agua de la ducha sale bastante flojo.

Hotel mentiroso! Pelas fotos parece alguma coisa que valha, mas na verdade o hotel é o pior que eu já me hospedei em minha vida. Quarto cheiro de cigarro, coberta suja, lençol sujo, colchão e cama velhos e moles, toalhas imundas e ambiente péssimo. Da reinos de roupa sem coragem de tomar banho.

Aos brasileiros, nunca fiquem neste hotel que vão te roubar, principalmente o valor do depósito de 100 dólares. Nunca devolvem. Never stay at this hotel; they will rip you off, especially the $100 deposit. They never return it.

Extra charge of 68dollars on arrival. Check in full of errors and complications. Room floor sticky and disgusting and hairs multiple places. Aggressive air condition turned up to full power non-stop 24/7, without ability to turn off or down. I had to sleep with three layers of covers. TV remotes didn’t work, even though there were 2. Toilet and shower very low quality. Many things broken and useless. Room light didn’t work, only a small lamp in the corner, which had an extremely bright light bulb. Like, is this actually a hotel.?

I can’t even begin to tell you had bad of an experience we had with this hotel. First it took over an hour to try to check in as the one and only front desk person at 8:35 pm was outside smoking and then took an extreme amount of time checking in two other guests. When it was finally our turn, our check in was being interrupted by other guests who couldn’t get into their rooms due to malfunctioning locks. When he was finally able to check us in, he was only able to find one of the two rooms on the itinerary even though the charges clearly reflected two rooms. Between no working elevator, door lock problems and what seemed to be hourly room rentals we finally had to leave at 10pm and search for a new place to stay when we were already exhausted from traveling. I would NEVER recommend anyone staying here. Not only for these issues but it seems rundown and according to the front desk host “they have a lot of work to do”

Check in was good, but once we got to the room we had no wash clothes and the towels looked as if someone left them from their stay,one purple the other blue and white. We called downstairs because the remote wasn't working and was told he'd be up with batteries or a replacement remote but he never showed so we just went to bed. Sunday morning when I expressed my dislike of things with the front desk staff he just told me (oh I would've given you comforters if you had asked ) like excuse me. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

Worst we have ever stayed in. The sheets were not even remotely clean with dirty wet stains and hairs all over. The staff were rude and unfriendly all over, and was hiding in the back when the queue of complaints grew. We had to change our own sheets. The toilet clogged and they did not fix it until we checked out over 24h later. The room itself was so dirty and nasty. Low price for a reason… Avoid!
