Great service. Excellent rooms. Exceptional staff. Hotel Quite near to Georgia congress centre, Coca Cola and the aquarium (less than 10 min Uber). Good gym facility and an outdoor pool which we did not use due to cold weather in January. Overall great experience nothing to complain. Safe to say I’d be back here anytime I am in Atlanta. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, I am a Hilton Honors Member. There was no complimentary water, I had to pay a fee to check in early, the “restaurant” on site served uncooked pizza and there was no bartender to make a drink. Then I was forced to pay for the meal with the incidentals hold. The shower knob was broken and had to be manipulated to run at least warm water. No one cleaved the room on day 2 as promised. I will never stay here again.
