Everything worked, central location, friendly staff. Yet the hotel is showing its age and should get a makeover soon. Heating worked fine however the heater blower was rather noisy. Something the hotel is not responsible for, but it was apparent that the hotel is located on a busy intersection and the traffic noise early in the morning was quite noticeable! Speciffically a snow plow worked the same stretch of the street repeatedly for nearly an hour - sleeping became impossible with the noisy diesel engine howling on this piece of construction equipment turned street cleaner. (...there was no fresh snowfall that night, but the machine tried to get some residual ice remnants off the road at 5 am). So unfortunately not a great experience for my one night stay.
