Don't judge a book by its cover. The service and facilities were beyond my expectations. Housekeeping was outstanding as was the restaurant staff. The room location was perfect for sound sleep on a high quality matrass. The portable water dispense was eco saving as were the scrumptious coffee and non dairy creamer. Cant wait till next time..

It was awful, the room was a complete mess, located in front of a high traffic noisy highway. The air conditioning was also noisy and I could barely sleep on horrible pillows. Not even the phone worked and had to use my cel phone to call the front desk. The sewage smell on the parking lot was unbearable. Don’t waste your money in crappy property

Good Hotel with some reno to do

Hotel conveniently located in Escazu, just next the main road (rooms facing the autopista become noisy at certain hours...). I did not like the carpet everywhere, should be renovated. Pool and Gym are quite ample, always accessible, no surveillance. Gim could use a renovation too, or at least fixing of some equipments. Rooms are ample and spacious especially if travelling alone. Breakfast above average

2 guests manipulated de pool area lights and music for about 25 minutes. We called the front desk and It took a little long before the security staff arrived at the area and controlled everything. It felt a little insecure at the moment. Seens to me that a public area like that should be a little more supervised to prevent these activities. It almost felt like a private party at the pool area.

I have stayed at this and other Wyndham hotels frequently but was astounded at how rundown and dirty the room I was in had become! The carpet was filthy! The bathroom shower had mold and the coffee maker didn't work. What is going on????? This has been my favorite stay when I needed to be in Escazu. IMPROVE IT!

This hotel is located in a convenient location near Escazu Multiplza Mall. Our room which was the largest and one of the most expensive was located in the back of the third floor and facing a ravine full of trash. The room was dull with no decor. The bedsheet was kind of beige and worn out. The 2 chairs in the dining room were wobbling and definitely need to be thrown in the ravine. Our stay was only for one night, but check out 20 minutes after checking in. This hotel needs a total renovation.
