This is the second Ramada I stayed and I am impressed by the consistency in service. The hotel room was nice and clean, bathrooms clean. The staff were very kind and catered to all our requests. We found our room to be too hot and when we told them, they managed to reduce the heat for us even though it was a central heating system. Special thanks to the staff between 21st March and 23rd March. Excellent service. I am now a future Ramada guest for sure! Thank you for adding to our great experience in Konya.

Not much useful information- when we asked how to get to otogar we got a long description of big busses and small busses... I booked a courtyard-facing, non-smoking room but was given a room facing a noisy street. The room had a strong synthetic fragrance, likely used to cover up cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, the bed still smelled slightly of smoke, and the towels had a strong cigarette odor. The Wi-Fi was also quite slow, which made it difficult to work. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
