The hotel has a faint smell of cigarettes. The pull out couch had a urine stain on the mattress and there were no extra linens for it. The hotel advertises that breakfast is included but what they mean is if you go to the front desk and ask for coffee-they will give you some weird stuff for the coffee maker in the room. The staff was kind though.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Taco Taco was definitely a highlight—great vibe, tasty food and drinks, and amazing service. Huge shoutout to Alec for making my birthday celebration extra special with free shots and a memorable experience! I also loved the complimentary happy hour at the Catalina (5–6 pm)—a fun way to kick off the night with free drinks. If you’re traveling solo (or with your furry BFF!) and want a dog-friendly, affordable, and centrally located spot in Miami Beach, Lincoln Arms is a solid choice.
