The hotel has a faint smell of cigarettes. The pull out couch had a urine stain on the mattress and there were no extra linens for it. The hotel advertises that breakfast is included but what they mean is if you go to the front desk and ask for coffee-they will give you some weird stuff for the coffee maker in the room. The staff was kind though.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops in South Beach. The suite was spacious and clean, with a full kitchen that came in handy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Taco Taco was definitely a highlight—great vibe, tasty food and drinks, and amazing service. Huge shoutout to Alec for making my birthday celebration extra special with free shots and a memorable experience! I also loved the complimentary happy hour at the Catalina (5–6 pm)—a fun way to kick off the night with free drinks. If you’re traveling solo (or with your furry BFF!) and want a dog-friendly, affordable, and centrally located spot in Miami Beach, Lincoln Arms is a solid choice.

Fantastic value for South Beach, this funky apartment conversion gives you space and a kitchenette but without the hotel amenities of a bar restaurant or pool all in an area with shopping dining and drinking options galore as well as beach access 2 blocks away.

Great Stay – Spacious Room & Excellent Location! We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious and came with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, stove, cooking utensils. It also had a comfortable couch and a clean washroom, making it feel more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. The location is fantastic — very close to Miami Beach and surrounded by lots of great restaurants, including a delicious Mexican place just around the corner. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. One feature I really appreciated: even after we checked out at noon, they stored our luggage for free until later in the day, which was super convenient since our cruise wasn’t until the evening. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!
