The Pestaña hotel group is an excellent chain and our experience at the South Beach Hotel did not dissapoint. The staff was very courteous and helpful, the property was beautiful, and the room was well appointed. The only drawback was that the bed in our room was worn out and needs to be replaced. It was a really good stay. It was a last minute book and the pricing was right. The service was phenomenal and I had the best drinks at the hotel rather than on the strip. Definitely would plan to stay again. Only one caveat was the elevator being broken but they will help with luggage!

Beds and room were comfy. The bathroom was VERY small with absolutely no counter space to put any toiletries. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was being renovated so we were given a wristband to access the pool at another hotel. Overall, we had a nice stay and were able to walk to a restaurant and to shop.
