The staff was very nice and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast was not very good, but the kitchen help was very nice. I wanted hot water for my morning tea, the hotel breakfast area water Despenser was always lukewarm. The hotel elevator needs to be maintained better. I found it scary to ride. It took a while to settle onto each floor and it took a while for the elevator doors to open.

The floor was quiet and I appreciated the form that required my signature to pledge to adhere to the hotel rules, and set an expectation of respectful behavior from guests.
