Hotel is in a good location 15 minutes walk from the town centre with shops and restaurants. This however is massively let down by very poor communication with the actual hotel. Upon arrival all we where presented with was a phone number to call to be sent the details on how to access our room this is not what I was expecting after a 3 hour drive. The hotel itself IV very dated with very basic facilities. There was no breakfast provided and at £82 a night then price is very steep for what is offered for a similar price there are other hotels available

Very happy with my stay. The hotel manager was very accommodating and friendly. Helped me with parking and was very responsive to my requests. Will definitely stay here whenever I’m in Cheltenham. Hotel and room met my expectations. The breakfast tray and fresh fruit in the room was a nice touch.

Not really a hotel. Just a series of locked rooms you let yourself in with a code but never see anyone. No breakfast even though included. Very uncomfortable beds.

Essentially, a room in a guest house. Decor is outdated and bed isn’t 5* comfort but the ‘pantry’ was stocked with cereal, tinned fruit, tea, coffee, biscuits, fresh fruit bowl and in the fridge there was orange juice, fresh milk and bottled water. Bathroom facilities were fine! I actually think this is fantastic value for the price, especially when you factor in keyless entry, location and what they provided for breakfast!

The room was adequate and what I expected as I have stayed there before. I chose the hotel again because of the little extras in the room, like cereal, bottle of milk, yogurt, orange, fruit, things not found in other basic rooms. It served my purpose and I will definitely stay again.
