The first picture on hotels.com is of a beautiful lap pool...which is the reason I selected the hotel. I wanted to be able to get a swim in before my flight. But when I arrived I found it was closed for the year which was a bit disappointing.

Airport shuttle was easy to find on the way in but we had no service on the way out because it was already full when we tried to reserve it at check-in. We had to pay a taxi to the airport. Bad service, since one of the reasons we reserve this hotel was the free airport shuttle service.

Room was dated and poorly decorated. Sink in the bathroom wasn't sealed in place so leaked and tap was too close to sink so it was hard to get your hands under the tap. Food in restaurant was an ok buffet but generally the food was almost cold.

Nice Hotel but Away From Restaurants

The hotel was nice and we found our room to be well worth the price. It was very comfortable. We ate in the hotel restaurant, which was a fairly pricey buffet. There was a decent selection but the food was cold. We did, however, come toward the end of the meal time. There were vending machines with sandwiches and other items in the lobby, though. Our major issue was that there were no shops or restaurants nearby. To get to anything would be a bit of a walk and we weren't comfortable walking in the area.

Terrible with NO airport pick up

We waited at the pick up zone in terminal 4 for 90 minutes ando they never picked us up, we tried to call but never answer the phone at all, just a record machine. We had to pay 42 Euros for a taxi. Lots of rooms and only 2 elevators working NEVER GO IF YOU HAVE OTHER CHOISE
