Very poor! Complete rip off of £80! Would have been disappointed if I’d of been charged £40. Staff were rude when trying to find my room Was in the lift with 2 other girls lost trying to find their room so I wasn’t the only person with the same issues. One plug socket that was nowhere near the bed. Paid for breakfast but couldn’t even get anything as was a massive line of people, nothing even hot. Room was like a prison cell. STAY CLEAR

The price was very good for London. The room was clean, toilet was well equipped, but it is all basic and minimal space in the room. You get what you pay for. It is great for a night, I would take a larger room if I needed to stay for a couple of days.

Very surprised by the service, condition, breakfast etc for an Ibis budget, it was brilliant, will definitely be staying again. The rooms, although basic, are very well sound proofed. The breakfast has all the main basics, and the parking is ample.

When we put the hanger on the door stating they could come in I had only expected the towels to get changed and the bathroom cleaned. They not only did that but made sure the entire room was cleaned. I also loved the fact they had food available for purchase in addition to snacks/drinks. The towels were full size almost beach towel like and very plush. Cons: Not enough plugs in the room/no plugs near the head of the bed. The shower only had half of a glass wall with no way to close up the other side when you are in there. This cause water to get onto the main floor. There were also no wash cloths or hair conditioner. Thankfully I travel with my own.
