Best location but outdated rooms

This classic hotel has the best location for sure. Also they deliver a nice experience on the weekends with music and sparkling wine in the lounge. Sparking cleanliness and great pool as well with fair preces at the poor bar. Breakfast is huge and overall good but many goodies are not fresh. However, nothing justifies so outdated hotel room in southern Brazil where any simpler chain is highly designed and modern. Especially paying about a two hundred US dollars a night.

Mais um na série de hotéis que só querem lucrar. Já fui inúmeras vezes para Bento e foi a primeira vez que me hospedei em um hotel ruim. Fora o saguão que está reformado o hotel é velho, os corredores de acesso aos quartos são horripilantes, sujos. A limpeza Deixa a desejar, inclusive no café da manhã. Banheiros velhos, espelhos cheio de manchas. Péssima experiência.

O hotel é grande e por isso circula milhares de pessoas por dia. O quarto é antigo. Em nossa hospedagem o ar-condicionado começou a pingar dentro do quarto, formando uma poça de água no piso. Contatamos a recepção, mas não nos trocaram de quarto e ninguém veio avaliar o problema. Resultado, dormimos sem ar condicionado (obs: o clima estava quente). O registro do chuveiro soltava em nossas mão quando abrimos um pouco mais a água. Não houve nenhuma limpeza no quarto, arrumação ou troca de toalhas durante toda a estadia. Tive.os que novamente reclamar. No mais, o café da manhã é espetacular, os funcionários se redrobram para atender o batalhão de pessoas diariamente que frequentam o local e o hotel é próximo de boas opções para jantar à noite.
