Staff was nice, there were parking in the basement. Room was small but fine. But the bed was quite bad, with deep indentations in the middle from use.

Staff were ok but a bit inattentive at times such as checking in and at the bar. Toilet seat in the room clean but badly stained in fact the whole hotel is looking a bit tired. Having said that we have been coming here for many years now and it is still very convenient for us although a kettle in the room would be useful.

Clean but low comfort.

Room was ok, but in on the 2nd floor curtains that letthe light through would have been nice. Also I missed a safe and a fridge. The switch for the bathroom should have been outside notinside. TV screen was rather small. Breakfast was ok. But the fruit salad could have included more different fruits. The orange juice was warm this morning. The bar was ok, but no draft beer only bottles and yesterday no one there to serve. Check out was nice. Staff was very friendly. But today I had to wait some time in the lobby and it was very hot. No air conditioning.

It was fine … but I found the hotel was very noisy at night and the cleaner would open your door in the morning despite the do not disturb sign.

No coffee/tea facilities in room. No air conditioning so when our windows were open at night it was noisy, otherwise the hotel was good value for money. Thought breakfast was overpriced. Only went once, bought our own pastries, etc after. Underground and train stations nearby, so convenient to get into Berlin centre.

You extended my booking hours to 2:00pm and entered my room without my permission while I was sleeping with my wife I put the do not disturb mode outside my room door and came at 11:20am and I was not happy about this and asked me to pay 30 euros and I paid

Ich musste aus Beruflichen Gründen nach Berlin da dort meine Weiterbildung stattgefunden hat. Ich hab spontan dieses Hotel gebucht da es in der Nähe des Seminarortes war. Pluspunkte dieses Hotel sind: +Sauberkeit +Freundlichkeit des Personals +Hoteleigener Parkplatz +Frühstück. Ein großer Nachtteil dieses Hotels ist die Lage im Stadtteil Neukölln die Straßen in Unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels sind sehr dreckig und nicht selten steht der Sperrmüll unmittelbar am Straßenrand. Wer denkt er wacht früh auf und schaut früh aufs Brandenburger Tor ist hier definitiv falsch. Ich war wie bereits erwähnt aus Beruflichen Gründen dort. Ich könnte schlafen, frühstücken und musste mir keine Gedanken über mein Auto machen da dieses in der Tiefgarage stand. Alles in allen war ich zufrieden und das Preisleistungsverhältnis war gut.
