This is a beautiful hotel, comfortable, clean, beautifully appointed with art, old world charm, and modern conveniences, great bathrooms, TWO suitcase holders, feels like your own apartment. Very centrally located, easy to walk everywhere. It’s just lovely. Be prepared to walk stairs up to lobby from street ( like most places in QC) and possibly up stairs to rooms if not on the ground floor. It’s like a beautiful elegant old house. Loved it!!!!

This hotel was located in a great location. It was a quaint and historic looking hotel. The staff were friendly. Very easy check-in and checkout, room was clean and comfortable. After going on only a few hours of sleep, our room was perfect for sleep as it was dark, cool, and very quiet. The location is great as you can walk to everything. It’s a 10 minute walk to and from the Via rail station. It didn’t appear that there was parking and there wasn’t a restaurant or kiosk in the hotel but dozens of cafes and pubs and restaurants right out the door.

Our room was behind reception area - did have a musty smell but other than that it was perfect. Larger than I thought it would be, beautifully decorated, felt v French. V clean and a longhi espresso machine! Beds were so comfortable- very quiet and bathroom very modern and huge! walkable to everything in the Old Town! We parked for 20 dollars in public car park opposite. Had such a great time here - staff are great and let me practice my bad French! Will definitely return here

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Short walk to most of the historical sites and surrounded by lovely Old Quebec streets to explore and many small restaurants. The high ceiling room is filled with antiques and very quiet with the multiple window coverings (two windows, wooden shutters, and heavy velvet curtains).

We enjoyed our stay and the location is excellent. I have two concerns that everyone should be aware of. The entrance to the hotel are stairs which are very steep and not easy to enter and even more difficult to exit. My only other concern was that the room's air seemed stagnant despite keeping the AC on full time . We did not open the door which would have provided more air movement. Our room was very nice with an updated bathroom, microwave and mini refrigerator. The room was quite and comfortable. Parking was convenient and had electric charges (Flo) and reasonable at $20 per day.

Very charming hotel. The room was very clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! I really loved the comfort. The location was a bonus, right in the heart! If I could ask for one thing it would be to have a small fridge and access to some ice. Aside from those two small asks, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Staff was very friendly!

We loved the uniqueness of this property. Lovely room and decor. Enjoyed the roof top patio. Staff were very helpful in getting our luggage up to our room. This hotel is not for anyone with mobility issues. It’s all steep stairs (even the entrance) with no elevator. I will definitely stay there again.
