O ponto forte do hotel é o pessoal da recepção (equipe noturna) e do restaurante, super educados e proativos. No entanto, tive sucessivas experiências negativas no hotel, começando pelo quarto que a porta não tinha trinco, ou seja, tendo o cartão universal que aparentemente todos os funcionários tem qualquer um entrava e o banheiro que estava sujo, principalmente o vaso com cabelo. Porém, quando vi o responsável logo me trocou de quarto. Outra questão foi que paguei adicional de mais meia diária e não houve registro, então me ligaram duas vezes para sair do quarto, porém eu já havia pago a meia diária a mais para permanecer. E o pessoal da limpeza abriu a porta do quarto, mesmo com o adicional da diária e a plaquinha que não queria limpeza… Sorte que fiquei só por um dia, não me senti segura e as questões citadas fizeram ser uma experiência nada agradável. Me senti insegura no hotel.
