I love the hotel staff. They were super friendly, communicative and willing to help. The pool bar has great food and drinks. We liked it all so much that we decided to pay the late fee to stay up to 4pm. Only negative is that the beach in front of the hotel is not proper for swimming, but they say that a popular beach is 20min walk on the sand. We took an Uber to better beaches further north.

Check in mais demorado de toda minha extensa vida de viajante... Surreal. A piscina do hotel parece ser boa, os quartos são bons (exceto os do primeiro andar, fortíssimo cheiro de mofo, impossível ficar). Café da manhã bom. A chuva molha os pisos da circulação do hotel formando grandes poças porque o caimento é inadequado, os pisos não atendem as normas de desempenho vigentes e são escorregadios, um perigo. O hotel não tem acessibilidade - café da manhã no segundo pavimento com escadas, a rampa que desce para a piscina tem inclinação e piso inadequados. O hotel tem potencial para melhorias, a área da piscina parece ser agradável. No todo, uma experiência muito desagradável para nosso grupo de 12 amigos que precisamos por lá pernoitar devido ao cancelamento do nosso voo.

Fiz a reserva neste hotel como comemoração de aniversário da minha amiga e solicitei uma arrumação especial. Acontece que colocaram um folheto de boas vindas de casamento, o que é um erro impecável, a pimeira impressão do atendimento foi horrível. Outro assunto, fiz o checkin às 22:30h. Solicitei um late checkout no dia seguinte, até pela comemoração do aniversário e pela falha ocorrida, mas foi negado. Não recomendo este hotel para ninguém. Procurem outro com mais cordialidade, atenção e o mínimo de organização.

Chegamos ao hotel por volta das 3h da manhã, bastante cansados após uma viagem longa. Para nossa surpresa, não havia toalhas de banho e rosto no banheiro. Solicitei na recepção e, sinceramente, senti que houve demora e falta de agilidade da equipe para resolver algo básico. Outro ponto que chamou atenção foi o cheiro forte de banheiro no corredor, tanto de madrugada quanto pela manhã. De forma geral, a limpeza estava adequada, o café da manhã bom e a localização é excelente, especialmente pela proximidade com o aeroporto. Mas acredito que esses ajustes no atendimento e na manutenção fariam muita diferença na experiência do hóspede.
