We had a great stay for one night, helpful friendly staff at all times. Room a good size with all facilities including air conditioning. Room and hotel very clean, comfortable bed and great location near the tube station. Would definitely stay again.

I didn’t give them a chance considering the look of the building but I was blown away with the hotel.The room is very nice and the AC was cold during the heat.The staff are very pleasant prompt and helpful.The location is fantastic it is in the heart of Shepard’s bush and just next door to the train station.I am sleeping here again and I recommend it for short stays.

Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, bars & public transport. The building has been lovingly restored and is decorated to a high standard. Room was very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable bed and great shower. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, will definitely be booking again for future trips to London.

Location is excellent. Hotels is nice and tidy, some signs of life can been seen here and there, but the over all feel is clean. Our bed was ok and noice from the street wasn't too bad although we had the 1st floor room and kept the window open through the night. The bathroom and the shower were just fine. The only downsize was that the room was a bit too warm for what I normally like. Overall very good value for money.

Staff were really polite, welcoming and friendly. The price was not expensive so my expectations were managed. Good location although super noisy as I had to keep the window open as the air conditioning wasn't working. Small gripe that there was no hassle conditioner but I understand that's not always on offer at hotels. The pillows weren't very comfy and warning if you are tall that the beds are quite short so your feet may be hanging out.
