I book this hotel because someone said it’s great for Solo female travellers!!! It’s affordable and right beside the Tram! Lots of shops around. Room 108 was great, the bed was comfortable, the place was clean ONLY issue was the fire alarm every morning at 8am :( I really wanted a full 8 hours lol! They offer breakfast, I didn’t have any. There is a bakery down the road as well and a grocery store!

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and so are the people in the surrounding area. The room was clean and quiet. The RER is right across the street; it took about 30 minutes to get to the Ile de la Cite. I would definitely stay here again, mainly because of the super nice staff and the charming people of Gennevilliers.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly, but it lacked the essential amenities you’d expect from any hotel—let alone a supposedly 3-star one. It felt empty and was missing many basic necessities, such as using cushions as pillows. There was no TV remote, and when I asked for one, I was given a broken replacement. The photos also looked much nicer than the hotel in reality. Toiletries didn’t exist either—only a tiny combined shampoo/shower gel was provided.

This hotel was very comfortable for three. My husband & I traveled with my sister in law. The room we rented was essentially 2 rooms with double bed in 1 room & sleeper couch in the other. All the staff were friendly. I thought I purchased breakfast with reservations but ended up that I didn't but this worked for our early morning schedules.

The staff was decent. Hotel Shabby at best don’t know how it or the rating it has but I was very uncomfortable. The bed was uncomfortable and the door locks were horrible. The elevator was extremely tiny. My daughter and I were very tight and neither of us are large people.i didn’t feel safe

There was one man in the front desk who did a wonderful job, I wish I took jis name he had black dark hair. He did everything and worried about assisting everyone. The other guys he didn't care much about anything. The room was clean and beds confortable, but the elevator had spit for a couple of days. Far from the city center. The staff needs help!

We really enjoyed the outdoor space. Would have been great to have patio heaters for that outdoor area. We enjoyed the area for the evening, several establishments within walking distance. However, we did have to discover them ourselves, the staff didn’t know the area very well. Cleanliness of the room wasn’t great, old bar of soap left in the shower in soap holder, had been there a while, a bit gross. Also, you could hear a lot of noise throughout the hotel, other rooms and hallway.
