The hotel is nothing like the photographs posted by the hotel. It was severely damaged in hurricane Irma and has not been remodeled adequately. Broken tiles, no furniture in the bar lounge area except plastic chairs. There is no restaurant only a bar that serves chips. But the bartender was really great! I would never stay at this hotel and would never recommended to anybody until they bring it back up to a better level of cleanliness maintenance and service.

I must say I had a multitude of problems. The first being that the room had roaches. And I found this out in the middle of the night by one crawling at my arm as I was using the restroom and grabbing toilet paper. The TVs in the room do not work. There was one channel that is completely static and that was it. There was Minimal water pressure and No hot water. The bathroom area smells like mold, and the room is only partially renovated. The hotel attempted to adjust the pressure for the showerhead, but it did not get better, we had to bathe from the faucet and splash water on ourselves because I refuse to sit in that roach bathroom.. I asked to speak to a manager. No one ever contacted me to change rooms it was actually no response from them at all. So I spent six days in a room with roaches and no TV while traveling on vacation with kids. The only beneficial thing is that the one staff I spoke to at the desk was polite and apologized about the problem but did not solve them. Ultimately I paid too much money for this hotel to bathe in cold water, have roaches crawl on me, not have a TV and to not fully enjoy my vacation.

The property wasn’t ready, most of the property wasn’t available. Our room was on the bottom level. I had to have prior water damage. The television didn’t work the balcony door wouldn’t close. The bathroom had rust around the bathroom in and out the bathtub around the counter top. When you’re at a hotel or villa your supposed to receive towels and toilet paper. We had to walk over to the main building and request it the young lady gave attitude because we interrupted her scrolling on her phone. The next morning we went to get coffee and muffins into our surprise. The woman at the breakfast is over at 9:30. My Daughter said we don’t want breakfast We would just like a muffin and a cup of coffee. She then said it’s complementary and we close it down at 9:30.,the day before we had coffee & muffin at 11:00 how had a muffin and coffee the day before at 11:20 so how come we had breakfast is over when you’re on vacation who wakes up at 9:30 in the morning on vacation. A vacation is to rest and enjoy yourself. Manuel, the property manager was very accommodating show us a great locations. He was our driver and it was a beautiful experience.The property needs some serious upgrades. Thank you. I would love to come back after your renovations are completed. Maybe in April next year for Carnival. Can’t wait to see the change.

Room is definitely outdated. In mine, loose and pulled out electrical socket, sliding glass door, extremely difficult to open and didn’t close all the way, etc.. Walked to front desk at 7:45 AM for 730 coffee and was empty and littered with trash. Front desk agent said oh no.! Probably the main reason for staying is the close proximity to the airport, which is just a short six minute walk away. Very convenient.. Note that the beach is not accessible at the property, but it is about a 15 minute walk. Beach is great.!

Our room was nothing like the pictures. They do have villas that we didn’t see. The pool was dirty, there was no restaurant. There is no elevator. It was clean but is very dated snd run down. Location is walking distance to the airport.

If you're looking for a cheap place to stay for a few nights, this will work for you. One of the older hotels on the island, and definitely showing its age. Does not have a beach, or a working restaurant, or a bar for you to spend your time at. Will encourage you to build a little character!

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. On the first day, the TV screen was shaking as in the picture looked like an earthquake. I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk, but it was never addressed. I honestly felt like I inconvenienced her just by bringing it up. The rooms themselves were fine, but the noise level was a major issue. You can hear everything in the hallways. The first night around 2:30 a.m., men were loudly talking in the hallway and woke us up. The second night was even worse there was a party down the hall that went on until about 4:30 a.m. We tried calling the front desk, but no one answered. We even put towels under the door to try to block the noise, but it didn’t help. We were woken up multiple times both nights. When we mentioned the situation to the daytime staff, we felt like an inconvenience rather than guests looking for help. The most positive thing I can say is that the outside area was nice, and the location was convenient and walkable to the airport.

Room didn't have any of the amenities offered. The fridge didn't work. Room service never cleaned the room after requesting it several days. It's run down and only had ice to offer. Vending machines were even out of service. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I called a representative from Expedia immediately after arrival.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Yes it’s a cheap easy place to stay the current conditions of the resort look nothing like its current conditions. This place should be condemned if a health inspector or code officer came through here the place would be shut down. If you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep for a night maybe but no longer than one day. The dining area looks like everyone got up one day years ago and left, there’s a million cats and smells horrible. The one pool listed has completely been demo left in ruble all those beautiful scenic walk ways are blocked off over grown fallen apart. I have pictures for anyone wanting to see!
