The place is very central and nice. At the beginning there were some stains in the towels provided, but they got changed immediately when we flagged the issue. The staff was very polite.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sun Holidays. Simple but comfortable and very clean room with balcony. Excellent value for money. Very well located in a lovely area in town center: restaurants, shops, supermarket nearby. Quiet location. The big public parking by the sea is less than 5 minutes away, convenient when using rental car.

I didn’t have high expectations, since it was so cheap (the room 307 for one person), but I want to be real and warn others: you getting what you paid for. No conditioner, just a loud fan. No toiletries or a wash cloth - just tiny packs of shampoo and a bath gel very poor quality. The mattress was super hard and had holes in it, and pillows were nasty with holes. The tiny bathtub was very hard to get in and out, because it was located in a narrow space between too walls. The water pressure was non-existing. The walls were paper-thin, and I was forced to listen my neighbors rated R activities. Also, in this small room for unknown me reason I had inside folded plastic table and a chair (I am guessing, they should be on a balcony). On a better side - the location was great, walking distance from the bus station, close to the beach, tons of restaurants around. The staff was very helpful.

La limpieza de la habitación brilló por su ausencia. El grifo tenía una capa de cal alrededor que dejaba indicar que llevaba mucho mucho tiempo sin limpiar. La bañera tenía restos de crema o alguna sustancia blanca, y la pared de la bañera restos de cal lo que indica que a la hora de limpiar, poco se pasa el estropajo. Además para rematar, había restos de mascara de pestañas en la pared, junto con unas pestañas postizas en la ventana. Me ofrecieron limpiar el baño de nuevo, pero me negué, ya que una vez estoy en la habitación con mis cosas no tiene por qué entrar nadie. La chica de recepción muy agradable y pidiendo disculpas. Pero si son conscientes de que las quejas son por las instalaciones del baño, deberían actualizar las fotos ya que me sentí engañada.

Muy buena ubicación! Las habitaciones son sencillas pero cómodas, no tiene aire acondicionado pero Santa Cruz es fresco por la noche. Tiene ventilador y la nevera funciona perfectamente! Si quieres utilizar la caja fuerte del cuarto, tendrás que hacer un pago por ello, tómelo en cuenta. El baño no tiene la mejor presión de agua pero funciona. Lo mejor de la estadía fue la atención del personal sin duda!

Nous avons était très déçu de notre séjour dans cette hôtel. Malgré le bon accueil des 2 jeunes femmes a la réception, la déception est trop grande. La literie est déplorable, la salle de bain insalubre, le frigo est dangereux, le coffre fort est inutilisable. L' isolation est inexistante. Je ne recommande pas cette établissement, je conseille au propriétaire d'investir dans son établissement. Expédia ne devrait plus proposer cette établissement. Le ménage est survoll

La situación y el personal del alojamiento es inmejorable, pero el estado de la habitación era mediocre, sobre todo el baño y en concreto la bañera, estaba rota , con óxido y la pintura se levantaba y se quedaba pegada en los pies. En la habitación las cortinas tenían manchas de pinturas y descolgadas por un lado. La limpieza es buenas en general, excepto debajo de las camas. La estancia ha sido buena el objetivo de esta reseña es por ayudar. Gracias
