Easy & clear instructions for room access after front desk hours. Staff were friendly & helpful. The attached Grand Cafe was our favorite Silver Star eatery! The front desk hours were variable & not what was posted on the website. It would be helpful if the hours were posted at the front desk.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for the Silver Star Beer & Cider Fest. We were able to get an early check-in and the hotel was just a few steps away from our event. The hotel is a bit dated, but everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was great to have a mini fridge to store a few drinks and snacks. The room was a bit hot as there’s no A/C; there was a fan to help a bit and the receptionist was very apologetic even though the weather is out of her control. The receptionist and staff were extremely kind, and allowed us to use the hot tub past the 9pm closing time. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone attending an event in the village.

This apartment and furniture is very tired. The couch has no support left, the hallway and lighting is dingy, and generally this facility needs an update. We did not get the advertised daily housekeeping - had to ask for everything - hair dryer, toilet paper, new towels etc. Would not say again.

Two days before check in, the staff asked me that arriving time, and they told me room will be ready before I arrived. But room was ready around 3p.m. After check in, I found a someone’s underwear beside chair. I reported it to staff, and she told “where did you find this?” Room condition seems pretty old, and room kept smelling dogs. The hallway smelled like vinegar. It’s bit hard to stay the room.
