What attracted me to the hotel was it’s closeness to the Elizabeth Line - roughly five minutes’ walk - and the refrigerator in every room. However, I totally enjoyed my stay - stores, cafes, were close by, and the staff was exceptionally wonderful.

The receptionists and the people involved in running the hotel were very polite and nice people. The smell in the corridor left a bit to be desired however, that may have been other clients and not necessarily reflective of the hotel. Although basic, it wasn't too bad.
