Easily located, Valued for $$$

Our stay 4-9 Nov 2014. Took a 20 Seater aircon mini bus fr Krabi Airport for THB300 for 3 pax (1Adult, 2 kids). Without traffic jam, fr Krabi airport, 1.5hr bus ride to Aonang President hotel. Bus wud go to Krabi town first b4 going to Aonang. There is a drop off station at Krabi town. As our hotel is just by d main road, d driver can conveniently drop us right at our hotel doorstep. Hotel facing d main road. Starbucks, McDonald & 7-Eleven within walking distance, less than 5mins walk. Many aircon mini marts around. There's a restaurant that provide Vegetarian food too. Maya Place & Rasoi restaurant offers Indian veg. Choose d unit facing d road if u prefer to hv views fr balcony. Downside is a little noisy late into d nite as blasting music fr nearby pubs. Initially, we were given unit on 2nd floor facing d back of another hotel situated on d hilll. Hence, our only view fr balcony were concrete walls n d foot of that hotel. Requested to chgn rms, no qns asked. In d end, we stayed on 3rd floor, facing d main road. Note: NO LIFTS /ELEVATOR. U hv to lug your luggage up to your unit. Safe box provided at no cost. Complimentary bottled drinks in d fridge. Bring your toiletries as they only provide super mini bar soap, 2x shower caps, 3 pkts cotton buds (3pcs in a pkt). Cleaned towels will b provided everyday. Room keeping done everyday too. Beach towels provided at no cost. Ask fr d reception. Guests r not allowed to brg rms towels out of d hotel

Perfect for quick stop over

Staff were lovely and helpful - only booked as a stop off to get elsewhere. Wasn’t a huge fan of the area... quite hectic and Boosey especially at night ... but if that’s what your after then perfect!

The room facing the street is just opposite reggae bar, so loud music till 2 am. Instead of double room they gave me 2 single bed room. Dated hotel but generaly clean and breakfast was pretty good.

Great Location ... Really Helpful Staff

Fantastic location in the centre area of bars restaurants, but only a 5 min stroll yo the beach. Staff are lovely and extra helpful, sorting out a problem with a transfer for us over the phone. Breakfast is as it was included in the price, If you want a quite room, ask for one at the rear of the hotel. We would definitely stop here again if in Ao Nang for a couple of days as it is excellent value..

Clean place, fair price!!

Hotel was clean and in a great area. About a 10 min walk to the water with great restaurants and bars all along the way! The only issue that I had was checking in, the hotel staff knows very little English which is to be expected. Took about 15 mins with a translator app just to get them to understand that we had a reservation. Overall very fair price for what you get and in an absolute great place.

All round great experience. Close to shops, restaurants and most of all the beach. My only criticism, the breakfast was below par. Better off buying breakfast elsewhere as there are many options and the included breakfast is pretty minimal and no Thai option.

Das Hotel liegt zentral zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Allerdings ist es sehr laut da es direkt an der Hauptstrasse liegt und abends von drei Seiten Livemusik ist. Deswegen kann ich das Hotel nur für Nachtschwärmer empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Great location, decent basic room

Decent room for a really affordable price. Room was clean and basic which was good enough for us. Location was superb - along the stretch of shops and restaurants near Ao Nang Beach. Perfect! Worth staying if you're looking for just a room to sleep in and rest after your day's activities.

El hotel está bien por su costo x noche. La atención de los empleados es algo a remarcar ya q han sido constantemente amables pero jamas invasivos. Lo malo de este hotel es el desayuno que ofrecen q es realmente pobre. Y hasta diría q fue hecho sin ganas. No varia jamas. Tampoco tiene caja de segurodad en la habitación, este es otro de los puntos en contra. Por lo demas todo bien.

Location is perfect for us, walking distance to boat transport and center. Local bus stop to Krabi is just outside hotel. Hotel service was good and helpful, but it was surprise that not everyone behind reception desk can speak english. And I don`t mean staff on night shift.
