Bar tenders were great, but the actual hotel staff. Not so much. They didn’t answer the phone for service and I asked if I could get a late check-out, but because I didn’t pre pay for a late check out I couldn’t get one. I stayed on the 15th floor and they only had one elevator working. It’s took almost and hour just to get to the lobby.

The pool that was indoors would’ve been perfect if it was heated, but without that in a spot, it was just too cold so it was pretty disappointing. There was a lot of easy access to rooms with a lot of junk or supplies around the pool too, and it was hard to get to sometimes from the first floor if you wanted to go just to the second floor and not hold up an elevator. A few things in my room 17 61 were broken or had fallen off the wall, like the body wash.
