had an incredible stay at Pousada Triboju! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The bungalows are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer a lot of privacy—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the island. I especially loved the attention to detail in the room, from the comfortable bed to the jacuzzi tub, which made the experience feel even more luxurious. The location is great—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to Vila dos Remédios and some of the best beaches on the island. Breakfast was a highlight each morning with fresh fruit, juices, and local specialties. The staff was always friendly and helpful, offering great tips on where to go and what to do.

Nossa experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado pelo valor da diária. Chegamos à noite, em um dia de chuva, e não havia ninguém para ajudar com as malas. A recepcionista informou que estava sozinha e o atendimento demorou bastante. A internet não funcionava. Recebemos vários códigos temporários de acesso, mas nenhum resolveu o problema, mesmo após repetidas tentativas. Escolhemos o hotel por ter restaurante, mas fomos informados na chegada de que ele não funcionaria naquela noite. Além disso, qualquer dúvida sobre os pratos precisava passar por intermediários, tornando tudo confuso. O quarto era bonito, porém o chão e o edredom estavam úmidos. O café da manhã foi extremamente decepcionante: porções mínimas, tudo contado por pessoa e sem reposição. Até uma simples fatia de bolo não estava disponível. Pela proposta e pelo valor, esperávamos muito mais conforto, estrutura e atenção aos hóspedes.

E não se trata de questionar a boa vontade ou a qualidade dos colaboradores, mas sim o serviço como um todo: protocolos de receptividade e hospitalidade, apresentação do café da manhã, a forma como o hóspede encontra o quarto ao chegar… enfim, os detalhes que, no fim das contas, determinam se a estadia será memorando ou se vai ficar apenas parecendo que a pousada está fazendo sua obrigação pelo valor recebido. O custo-benefício aparece como um dos principais problemas. Já me hospedei em pousadas mais simples e consideravelmente mais baratas em Noronha, onde a experiência foi muito superior. A expectativa, naturalmente elevada, ficou bem acima do que foi efetivamente entregue.

Razoavel. Notei que possuia poucos funcionarios e com isso o atendimento deixa a desejar. Na questao da limpeza, tem melhorias, pois andabdo descalço o pe ficou todo sujo, entao a limpeza esta aquem. Much better properties on the island for this price - so it's simply not worth it. We heard that this hotel used to be good and that's probably where the better rating comes from. But rooms and facilities are better at hotels for half the price. And for the same price you can get an amazing hotel so no point overpaying for a mediocre hotel. Service and food is the worst - clearly understaffed and unable to cope. Food is mediocre. Property is not environmentally friendly - lots of unnecessary plastic waste. No hot tub - false advertising.
