It's close to Ilford station

They have changed us to another Ilord Best Western hotel when we checked in due to the maintenance of our room. It was too sudden and didn't inform us in advance. I was frustrated at first because we were worried that the other hotel won't be closer than the original one. Luckily, this is closer to the Ilford station as well. So, I didn't think I should complain about it even the hotel hasn't given us prior notice. It's still a good choice if you have tight budget.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The room and bathroom were super clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Great location close to the etube, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again :)

Great price for a overnight stay, the room was clean and the bed comfortable, and easy to navigate to from the train station. I can't for the life of me think why a room would need 18 individual plug sockets? The negative side is the rooms are small and compact with no windows for fresh air which makes the room very hot and there is no air conditioning. We where rudely awakened by building works going on directly outside our room and could also hear carpet cleaners going in the room below. The was no hot water on our arrival and through out the rest of the evening, so wasn't able to freshen up until the following morning. The staff where friendly and attentive, but overall disappointing.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, very lacking in amenities. No lamps other than the bright over head lights. No temperature control other than turning radiator on or off and a couple of adjustments. Two Tiny towels, only two pillows for two people and they did give us more when asked but were kinda grumpy about it. No shampoo or conditioner. Shower gel was very watered down and the pump stopped working

Kleine kamer, volstaat voor een stedentrip met enkel slapen. Wel schoon, met eigen badkamer en wc. Let op, Engelse stekker meenemen. Konden er gelukkig 1 lenen bij de receptie. Aardige mensen. Ontbijt niet heel bijzonder. Had beter en meer variatie verwacht.

Very friendly staff Very clean We stayed overnight to make a busy weekend in London,Perfect for the price. Close to Ilford station so the use of the Elizabethan line came in handy. Gants Hill station for the Central line. is a bus ride away . Overall cant fault the Hotel.
