I liked staying at this hotel because of the location and the size of the rooms. Most hotels in the old quarter have tiny rooms but San Premium was different. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would love to visit again

We had actually stayed here earlier in the week and the staff were great about holding our luggage while onan overnight tour. We had an issue with check in, as we'd shortened the stay by a night and hotels.com seemed to have cancelled the whole booking! However, the staff were great and upgraded us free as they were almost fully booked but had the balcony room available, although we had to share a bed (fair enough). The room was fantastic, really enjoyed our stay and the breakfast included was brilliant.

Amazing find in Hanoi Wonderful stay, very friendly staff amazing rooms and breakfast is plentiful couldn’t have asked for any better thank you would definately recommend: Rooms are lovely clean with tea and coffee plus water to have. Beds very comfy and showers are nice walk in with hot water.

Great stay at the San Premium Hotel

My stay at the San Premium hotel was superb. I have been in Vietnam over three weeks and that was by far my best hotel stay. I wish it would’ve been longer. The front desk person Casey was incredibly helpful. She really went the extra mile in helping me book transportation as well as get laundry done in a quick turnaround fashion. All in all I had an excellent stay at the hotel. I would definitely go back there first the next time I visit Hanoi.

The rooms were quite small. Not so much an issue, but we didn't have a window in the room. We like being able to look out. Otherwise, it was a good stay. decent breakfast, clean, pretty quiet. The Gym is a little outdated, but still good. For the price, it was hard to beat. We paid about $50 USD per night.

Room without a view

Service was great, we asked ahead if we could leave our suitcases in the morning to go on a tour for the day then check in on return, the hotel staff were brilliant about this. We also asked to do the same the following day for an overnight tour, as we were returning back to the same hotel, and they did. It felt safe, the location was good and it was clean. Only issue was the room was so small and crammed and the window was 3 inches wide.... So I don't count as a room with a view!

The hotel is at a great location. That was the only thing that was great. We got woken by 5 hammers knocking right next to our room at 6.30 at the morning. Then came the sletchhammer and power drill. Not the morning we expected at all. We told the reception about the noice and they ware sorry, but we read a review and they sayed the same so the hotel knew about the noise already. They offered another room at a lower floor but it did not have a balkerny. We asked for some kind of discount but because we ordered via expired(hotels.com) there was nothing they could do. We sayed we played for a balkerny and after this they relocated us to another hotel nere by. This was much better and we relly enjoyed the Hhanoi hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the hotel. The hotel was being renovated when we arrived. So, we were moved to one of their hotels which was nice too. They need improvement for the dishes for breakfast which is average compared to another one we stayed at Hanoi. Highlight here is Alisa was really helpful from the beginning to the end of our trip. She helped arrange the taxi for us. The fee is much cheaper than when we hire ourselves.

남자 둘이라 트윈룸을 예약했는데 프론트 직원은 모르고 있었슴.침대 하나 더 놔준다고 해놓콘 라꾸라꾸 베드를 놓아줌. 간이침대는 너무 딱딱하고 불편한데다 방이 좁아서 다니기도 불편할 정도로 불편했슴.그나마 프론트 직원은 친절했슴. 여튼 잠자리가 너무 불편해서 좋은 평가를 줄수가 없슴.
