Then room was ok but did not have the latest ports for charging devices like a current iPhone, iPad, or laptop. There was no microwave oven. The room was clean and the furniture was was maintained and newish. The Staff was exceptional including the folks who handled the breakfast buffet. Shout out to them! Friendly, helpful and just delightful folks. The price was right and all was okay.

Not enough parking spaces for guests in hotel. room and hotel cleanliness could be much better. Breakfast was ok. some of the food was cool not hot. some staff were not helpful but one staff member was fantastic. mattresses were hard and old.

Room clean, there’s always a tv issue idk why, some TV allow u to watch Netflix others don’t, some tvs work great others don’t, there isn’t a person on sundays to help with that idk why so be cautious if staying on the weekend just check if the tv is working , everything is great specially the staff is always lovely

When we entered our room, I noticed that there wasn't a lamp on the desk near the phone and the room was dark. We normally use that area to take our medication and insulin. The bottom of the bathroom door was chipped badly and there was a big stain on the floor by the chest of drawers. There wasn't a top for the ice bucket and there were missing shelves in the refrigerator, and although we tried many times, the television would not turn off. Housekeeping did not clean our room until our fourth day there. I stopped at the front desk and asked if someone could clean our room that day and it was done when we came back to our room. We had stayed at the Fairfield before and have recommended it to family and friends. I realize things can't be perfect all the time, but I expected more than we got from the Fairfield. P.S. I took pictures, if needed.

Do not stay here if there’s no other hotel available change your plans. This hotel is not only disgustingly dirty but there’s absolutely no parking and it’s an across the street from a homeless campsite. They never said they don’t had any service for cleaning rooms when we checked in. The room was not as clean as I expected toothpaste stains near sink and bathroom not detailed cleaned. Beds horrible. We booked a room of four people and were only given three towels. Then only give three more cause they had no more due to staffing issues.
