Food was great. Property compared to other places I’ve stayed it’s mid. The room service food was cold everytime it showed up. I don’t understand why they ask what or if we are celebrating anything because they did little to nothing. Then they tried to sell us on the priority club membership. The room upgrade wasn’t anything special it was the same room I was already in. I didn’t see the perks of that. Staying on the luxury side but still was around kids. Half the restaurants are on the family side. Honestly the hotel should just convert to a family hotel. The adults only wasn’t giving what needed to be gave. 3/5 overall experience.
