On check in, the ac was super noisy & the tv didnt work at all.
Asked for another room & the owner checked the tv, told me i didnt need one anyway & when i said i expected to have the room & amenities i paid for, the owner became verbally aggressive, yelling & abusive.
I would have left if it hadnt been a long weekend & everywhere sold out (i checked following his abusive rant)
The window didnt close properly -& you could hear everything from outside and the other rooms.
The bed was hard, lumpy and noisy, sounding like it was going to fall apart.
The bathroom had mould on the roof & in the shower grout, there was rust on fittings, the fridge, and the toilet roll holder was falling off. The ac was so loud you had to turn the tv way up to even hear it - so it was tv, or aircon. You couldnt effectively or comfortably have both - but as it turns out, it wasnt a dilemma for long, because the ac stopped working anyway the first night.
