The hotel is located in the heart of the North End above Bricco, one of our favorite restaurants in the North End. Nate greeted us warmly after a long day of travel and made sure we had everything we needed. The location allows you to walk to all! The room was spacious and clean and loved the dual head walk in shower!

We booked 4 rooms for a family vacation. Even though the website states there is no elevator, it does not portray an accurate picture of the stairs you will be hauling your luggage up. The stairs on their website show wide straight stairs. This is not the case! The stairs are very narrow and curve all the way up to the rooms. Extremely comber some and not adequate for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. I feel they should be a bit more forthcoming about the stair situation as we would not have booked here if we had know a head of time.

Room was clean and well appointed. The windows did not appear to be sealed properly and you could hear wind rushing through and street noise from not being fully sealed. Towel rack was falling out of the wall as was the curtain rod in main room.
