Pets were very welcome which is always a huge plus! Could use some simple maintenance repairs across the board. Amenities such as towels were scarce, no toiletries, linens were very thin but clean, tv did not work, bed side lights/chargers did not work, door was very difficult to close and not sure it secured shut, A/c worked almost too good but had a major water leak that required a bucket and frequent dumos and spills. Staff was very friendly upon arrival and accommodating with extra stay and late check out!

We stayed 1 night. We were so tired and no vacancy elsewhere. Next day we left because of the cockroaches. We stayed at the Sleep Inn less than a mile away. They were very clean and no cockroaches. We had to pay much more but worth it.

The counter staff was wonderful both times. As for the room, it was not clean or prepared whatsoever. Only two body towels and one hand towel, the tv didn’t work, shower curtain was peeling from wear and tear, the tub and sink didn’t even look cleaned, the hangers were super rusted, and the door knob wouldn’t even shut properly. Was woken up at to banging on my door from housekeeping at 10:16am when check out is 11am. I went to the front desk to clarify that check out was 11am which was confirmed. I asked for late check out at 12pm and was woken up again by housekeeping coming INTO our room at 11:30am. Overall experience was pretty terrible. Would not stay here again unless I had absolutely no other option.

The property is really remote dark, out of the way area. I thought my navigation was faulty until I finally saw light at the end of the unlit, two lane, out of a horror movie stretch of land. The room and beds were clean, however, there was only a single face towel, no bath towels, no wash cloths, or floor mat, no trash can, no phone, no soap, or shampoo& conditioner, or facial tissue, etc., as we've grown to expect. And I didn't see the free "breakfast", and I checked out about 8AM so I could not have missed it. When I walked down the stairs to ask for help (there was no phone in the room Although they advised 'free local calls', I was given 2 wash cloths and two bath towels and one floor mat.

The young lady (who did a good job) told me the door lock could not be opened, and they had to jimmy it open. Tried to use three different electronic keys, but none worked.

First of all, the staff were helpful and kind. This is in no way a reflection of the employees, but WHOA! Appeared to be many people living at the hotel. Lots of children and teenagers running around all over the property. Property conditions, a bit worn down. Staircase completely blocked by teenagers sitting on the stairs. Onto the room…, No toilet paper, NONE whatsoever. Bathtub downspout, literally hanging off the tub/wall. Very poorly patched holes in the bathroom door and walls. AC did work very well, and not noisy at all. Be careful, the water in the shower is EXTREMELY hot, like boiling hot. I’m not sure what’s going on with the pricing, seems it cost more to book and pay online? Never had that happen before, but there were no deposits required, which is a plus.
