This is Motel 6. It's nothing bad, but nothing outstanding. I knew what to expect. It was a bargain priced room. It was clean and efficient;, nothing fancy. If you are looking for a convenient location in Kissimmee, and you are not concerned about frills, this property is for you. It is actually quite large, and there are higher end units. So, keep that in mind, as well.

We arrived early and I do thank the staff for allowing an early check-in. While I do believe the room was cleaned it smelled of smoke. Shower curtains and faucets were rusty and moldy. It was obvious some updates were made flooring and decor so perhaps they are in process of updating. The bathroom was horrible.

Smells moldy and the smell was unbearable. People are actually living in the motel so you will see a lot of small kids riding bikes. Very noisy. Front doors do not shut fully. Saw a dead roach in the bathroom and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The area felt sketchy and I couldn't wait to vacate.

I was there for 2 nights and for a very cost effective stay I definitely recommend. The rooms were very clean. Every corner dusted and not missed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't stress that enough. Every staff member I met was happy to help. Seemed to know everyone that was there for extended stay and every guest I spoke to over coffee was happy with the motel. That says a lot. The hotel is old and could use some fixture renovation in the shower/sink but everything worked if you figured out how to do it. This is more of an extended stay, as there is no daily service for towels/trash/etc. The lobby ran out of creamer Saturday for the coffee. It's definitely more of a 'bring what you need' establishment. But nothing that would interrupt a trip if you're on a budget. Pet friendly. I didn't bring mine, but saw dog walkers and cats in windows.

The room was extremely cramped and was lacking both a refrigerator and microwave. The wall unit did not provide air or heat for the rapidly changing Florida weather. I accidentally booked here thinking it was Studio 6 which is worth about 60$ a night. Motel 6 is worth about 35$ a night. Also, the hot water, which was the only source of heat was not that hot. The Internet is atrocious. The bed has this metal frame around in that you keep ramming your feet into which eats up a lot of the storage space you could have. I didn't love it. I don't see myself coming to anything with a 6 on it in the future. You can have 2 stars for location, ice machine, and service was fair enough.

Great staff, more than enough parking, great location. Clean place with no issues with bugs. There was an "old smoke" smell in the rooms. Bathroom was fine with good water pressure. Only complaint is really just the very stiff and uncomfortable beds. They felt like springs wrapped in fabric and the stiifest pillows and sheets I ever laid on. Only other issue I had was where I had a late check in from flights being delayed and even though the app said they'd notify everyone involved in my package. The hotel never got word and gave my room away. This caused numerous timeline issues and I feel cheated for paying for a nicer room with a fridge and microwave even though I didn't even get them for 2 days and was put in a room where even the TV didn't work. Not horrible, but I don't see that I would ever stay there again unless it was the last option for a good price.
