Apartment hotel

The staff were super!! We arrived late so had to stay in a different room on the first night which was fine. The next morning we were shown to our proper room, which was lovely :) Nice balcony, comfy bed and air con. Would definitely reccomend staying here to people!

Очень радушный хозяин, подробно рассказал о ближайших ресторанах, достопримечательностях и наших нуждах. Комнаты оформлены помпезно, с претензией, на первый взгляд эффектно, но очень на любителя. Грязь в комнате и ванной испортили все впечатление. Полы явно не мыли несколько недель. Полотенца от времени уже серые. Пыль лежит ровненьким слоем на полочках.

Ottima base per Palermo!

Il B&B in questione è situato subito fuori dal centro storico di Palermo, diciamo che in 20 minuti si è in centro. Un'ottima base per girare la città evitando di usare la macchina... il traffico palermitano è terribile! Il parcheggio, previa prenotazione, è nel cortile del condominio dove ha sede il B&B, costo di €6 al giorno. Venendo alla struttura vera e propria, siamo di fronte ad un appartamento appena ristrutturato, con gusto tra l'altro, che mette a disposizione 2 stanze con bagno esterno (ma riservato, non in comune) ed una con bagno all'interno. Letto comodo, spazio abbondante, balconcino esclusivo. Pulizia impeccabile. Il proprietario, il signor Giovanni, è tra l'altro molto gentile e disponibile, fornirà tutte le info logistiche per vedere Palermo nel modo migliore. La colazione non è prevista nel B&B ma nel bar subito fuori. Una struttura consigliatissima, andate sul sicuro e gustatevi Palermo che ne vale la pena!

All arrivo non c erano segnali che indicassero il b&b poiche situato in un condominio praticamente. Le stanze sono ben arredate e la pulizia tutto sommato era buona. privacy un po compromessa x l eccessiva vicinanza tra le stanze e il continuo frastuono derivante dai "vicini di casa". Ma nulla di grave nel complesso. A mio parere risulta adatto x 1 o 2 notti al max

Все бы ничего, но с нас взяли ещё 40 евро, якобы за дополнительную кровать, хотя номер заранее был забронирован на 3 персоны. Человек, который должен был нас заселить, появился за 5 минут до нашего от'езда, и сказал что мы должны ещё доплатить. Времени на выяснение отношений не было и пришлось отдать деньги. В общем впечатление негативное. Кондиционер в номере был, но пульта так и не нашли. Интернет работал только на общей кухне. Не рекомендую отель ни в коем случае. Мафия бессмертна! :)))
