Trust me when I say, if you're thinking "wow! This looks great for a motel 6!" It isn't. Look, it was one night, so we survived. However, the lights were dim, the vanity light fixture was even broken. The shower floor and toilet had black stains, marks, and build up. The toilet had a little mold even. The floors weren't fully cleaned and there were pieces of dog food here and there. Underneath our stained sheets there was dog hair stuck to the mattress. We checked because the overall presentation had us worried about bed bugs. None of those thankfully. Here's what we thought, well it's just one night, we just need a clean bed. We ended up buying our own blankets from Walmart to lay on top of a "fresh" set of sheets so that it felt clean. Also, while it is a smoke free area, no one respects that rule. The room smelled like cigarettes. Very noisy by the freeway as well so we had to use white noise and blast the AC. Trust me fellow traveler, pay the extra for the nicer place or go with that air bnb. You will sleep so much better.

The front desk lady did not smile once. She almost looked mad to be there. Check in was pretty fast. The tv control wasn’t working when i got to room. I think showers are way too small. Overall it was just ok

I only used the place basically for a clean bed to sleep and to shower at night. Most of the day I was out celebrating with my friends. The motel served my needs at an affordable price!

No handicap room available

I requested a handicap room 3 weeks before my stay and did not get one room was very small hard to use my Walker could not fit my wheelchair in there the bathroom only had bars in the shower so it was hard to use the restroom I don't understand how I was allowed to book a room asking for those amenities just for them to tell me they didn't have any rooms available when I went to check in

Worst stay ever !

One If The Worst Experiences i have had and I’m a frequent traveler, I get you pay for what you get but this was beyond that. To Start upon check in , I was given one key , after unpacking and checking into our room , there was a homeless man approaching us . When we tried entering our room, the key wasn’t working . I had to leave my 3 year old and wife outside as I go to get a new key . When I went to get a new key , I was told maybe I was holding my phone to close . When I got a new key it worked once and then stop working. Again . So again I had to go back and get a new key . Then as we entered the room , the room smelled so strong and bad . We took videos and photos of everything , there was a bug in one of the beds , there was a burn stain on the other . One of the pillows had the word survive written in it . There was a red spots all over the bathroom mirror . This was just the room . The hotels.com needs to update that people as well love in the hotel . There was consent noise and random people standing outside. We never felt safe . We were constantly getting approached for money or a cigarette, lighter , with my 3 year old . Don’t get me started with at night . We couldn’t sleep. There were alarms so loud at night I think people were breaking in cars I’m not sure but the alarms of the cameras kept us up . We wanted to leave our hotel and room but traveling with a 3 year old sometimes it’s not as easy. Place was over all dirty from floor to ceiling , outside sketchy

Puppies non-stop barking

We reserved room 104 and everything was fine on our first night but around 9 am on Sunday, we were woken up by at least 3 puppies crying and barking in either room 204 or 205 above us. Made a call to front desk to inquire if they can please check on it. They stated they would send someone. We waited for another 2 hours and puppies were still crying and barking. As we were leaving for the day, we stopped by the front desk to see if they sent anyone and the lady at the front desk said they did and didn’t hear anything. I told her that wasn't right because you can still hear them and I recorded it as well. She said she would check again. Luckily when we returned to our room later that evening, the puppies were no longer barking and crying.

Encontramos cucarachas en el cuarto y mala higiene en general , nos cambiaron de cuarto dos veces y fue la misma situación , en el tercer cuarto decimos quedarnos porque ya estábamos cansadas y era tarde pero no recomiendo este hotel por falta de higiene e instalaciones viajas
