We were a family of 4. The staff were great, very kind and helpful. The building is part of a wider complex where you have access to different pools and jacuzzis. A few steps to the beach. Really well situated. The room could do with a bit of attention, like adding cutlery and mopping down the floors a bit more thoroughly. Overall we loved our stay.

The staff was amazing and super helpful. The location was great, <5 min walk to the beach, away from spring break madness. They let us use their sister hotels outdoor pool and hot tub which was nice, especially since there was a construction site next door. The room was sufficient for our need, the bathroom can use an upgrade og the toilet seat that has been peeling off on the sides as well as water from the shower dripping on the floor and spilling into the kitchenette area a bit. We were disturbed by a lot of noise from the room upstairs but it was probably just some spring break kids stomping a lot, we did not notify the management and the noises went away after a while

The hotel is similar to other Village Hotel properties in Central Beach and is a value hotel. Your expectations should be basic necessities and clean. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, basic needs were met. The location is amazing everything is 0.2 miles away, very walkable also. The neighborhood is quiet and safe even late at night. There are a ton of dining options close by and the beach too. Very nice hot water. The check in process needs work, we experienced a very delayed check in due to traveling office managers. We saw multiple other guests waiting by the office for an absurd amount of time. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend it for what it is.

The staff was friendly and hospitable but i needed a staff member both times and there wasn’t anyone in the office (once at 8pm and the following morning around before 9am). I had to wait 15 & 20 min both times for someone to come through . The room smells like the pool right out front and bed is a bit lumpy. It definitely feels more like a solid motel than a hotel. As a solo stay, it’s all good. The location is ideal (blocks from the beach). Staff is warm.
