Uxua is special. Located in the heart of Trancoso, it affords visitors fine casas with very comfortable facilities, peaceful gardens with tropical flowers, birds and spa treatments, delicious breakfasts, while allowing you to live only steps from the festive Trancoso quadrado. The beach is a short hike down the hill where you are rewarded by beauty, sun and a beach bar with sun beds and lovely drinks and food. A day trip to Praia do Espelho should not be missed. The team in Uxua is kind, fun, and ready to help in any way. If needed, brush up on your Portuguese and make the extra effort to get to Uxua and you wont be disappointed. Obrigada Uxua.

Luxury in the heart of Trancoso

This hotel was absolute PERFECTION. From the time of my booking until departure any and everything my partner and I needed was at our fingertips. Property: We booked the Casa Estúdio which was perfect for the two of us. It was located right next to the pool where breakfast was served each morning; however it was still (mostly) private. It was wonderfully appointed with any and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Location: Uxua is located in the middle of the quadrado. There are many shops and restaurants to chose from. We stumbled upon Osklen (our fav) not realizing they had a location there. It’s also only a 10 minute walk to the beach which is great to see the sunset each day. Service: Really some of the best service we have had EVER. The concierge was available via WhatsApp and attended to our every need within minutes. Every member of the staff was friendly engaging my and helpful. We booked taxis, massages, even a boat trip to Caraiva via them. We plan to return to Uxua whenever we visit Trancoso. Next time we’d love to bring friends and stay at one of their bigger casas with a dedicated pool.

Um lugar mágico. Fiquei na casa da árvore que era muito melhor do que nas fotos. Não dava vontade de sair da casa. A limpeza era impecável em todos os lados. Usamos a sauna seca que foi agendada somente para nós, e deixaram tudo arrumadinho com roupão e água saborizada. O café da manhã era maravilhoso, todos os dias tinha um suco novo feito sempre no restaurante usando muitas vezes fruta da horta, o Shot do café da manhã também era sempre maravilhoso. Hotel excelente. Atendimento impecável. A atenção aos detalhes faz toda a diferença. O hotel tem todas as casas distribuídas em um jardim com um paisagismo lindo. Uma piscina muito linda e um local super agradável. Há uma saída do hotel direta para o quadrado, deixando próximo de tudo. Ficamos na casa terraço do céu que é maravilhosa, super espaçosa. Tem 3 pavimentos. Uma sala com cozinha, o quarto e o terraço. O café da manhã é excelente. O uso do beach club é incluído na diária para hóspedes e é ótimo. Com sofás bons, numa praia ótima e com muito bom atendimento. Fica há uns 10 min de caminhada do hotel. Gostamos muito de nos hospedar lá e voltaríamos com certeza

Hotel incrível, com as casas/acomodações super bem decoradas e equipadas com TV, wi-fi e todo conforto esperado de um hotel desse nível. Nota máxima em todas as avaliações, perdendo 1 estrela apenas no conforto porque o ar-condicionado do quarto não deu vazão suficiente, fazendo un pouco de calor. No mais, o staff é incrivelmente gentil, o café da manhã é um espetáculo à parte, com frutas, bolos, panificação própria, sucos com probióticos, tábua de frios, tapiocas trazidas à mesa, enfim, um espetáculo que merece pontuaçã máxima. A academia é maravilhosa, com 3 ambientes separados, salande lutas, equipamentos e aeróbico. A piscina é espetacular, com hidro massagem e extremamente bonita. A área interna do hotel é linda, com loja de artesanato local e peças belíssimas confeccionadas no atelier, sala de massagem e muito verde, tudo bem decorado com extremo bom gosto e requinte. Vale destacar o beach club delicioso, com uma super estrutura, menu delicioso com várias opções e drinks para todos os gostos. No geral, uma experiência fora da curva, certamente voltaremos!
